Club RAUM is a queer run cultural space in continual movement, evolving around music.
Queerness, for us, is not an object of fixation but an essence in perpetual movement that defies rigid definitions and resists oppressive systems that are imposed on us. We strive to be a space where unity is essential and curiosity thrives; where acceptance and growth intertwine.

How much leeway do I have between my arrival and allocated entry time?
Max. 30 minutes.
What if the queue is very big and delays me, will I still get in?
We will keep an eye on the queue and be reasonable, don’t worry about it :) But please try your best to come on time or a little bit early.
Will there be door sale?
Yes, there is door sale available throughout the event. This is subject to capacity – we will post regular updates on our Instagram story about the availability of door sale.
How do I resell my ticket? Can I put it on TicketSwap?
Visit this page and click on the Resell a ticket button. A pop-up with detailed instructions will appear on your screen.
Where can I find the timetable?
For SPIELRAUM, you can find an image of our timetable on our Instagram page or website. For Clone Records, there will be a story made during the day on Thursday.
There will also be a timetable printed out in the club.
I have a ticket with someone else’s name. Is it a problem?
Nope. Come dance!

Is there a minimum age to visit CLUB RAUM?
Access to CLUB RAUM is reserved to 21+ individuals. We reserve the right to check IDs at the door if we think you’re younger.
I misspelled my email address. What now?
Visit this page on Paylogic’s website to edit your email address. Still need help? Send an email to info@clubraum.nl with your data and a screenshot of the transaction. We will check for you and make sure you receive your QR code.
Do you have a wardrobe?
We have approximately 1,200 lockers with a token system. You can purchase a token for €3 from the machines in the same room (card payments only). Each token allows the user to close a locker once.
I was rejected at the door and door staff could not process a refund. How do I get my money back?
You can send an email to our office team at info@clubraum.nl including your data and unscanned tickets. Please note it might take a few days to answer. We will process your refund and, once confirmed, you can expect the funds to be returned to the same payment method used for the purchase within 14 working days. If that’s not the case, please contact Paylogic directly and explain the situation.
I can’t find my ticket. What do I do?
Our tickets will only become available a few days before the event. This is done to prevent people from purchasing large amounts of tickets and reselling them for profit. If you entered the correct email address, you will receive a link to your QR code from Paylogic. No link? Request a new one on this page.
