Marketing Manager (36h)

Club RAUM is looking for a strategic Marketing Manager to strengthen and grow our visibility: online and offline. You understand nightlife, have affinity with electronic music, and know how to build a clear, data-informed marketing direction.

You’ll lead our marketing team (PR/Communications & Community) and shape how we reach, grow and position our audience. We welcome applications from everyone and strongly encourage queer candidates to apply.

Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and steer RAUM’s overall marketing strategy with a focus on visibility, brand positioning and audience growth.
  • Provide guidance to our dedicated PR/Communications person re social media and marketing strategy. You will make sure the whole team and  channels move in the same direction.
  • You will work closely with PR/Comms on creative strategy, together implementing.
  • Work closely with club management to keep plans aligned and share insights along the way.

Programming & Prioritization

  • Maintain a clear overview of all programming: RAUM hosts a wide range of club nights, each with its own identity, sound, community and needs.
  • Ensure every night receives the right level of attention, understanding that one concept is not the same as another, and adjusting strategy accordingly.
  • Proactively balance priorities across busy calendars without losing sight of long-term goals.

Digital & Campaign Management

  • Lead the social media strategy (Instagram as the primary platform).
  • Oversee campaign planning for club nights, special events and other programming.
  • Direct paid marketing: Meta Ads, Google Ads, segmentation and retargeting.
  • Use data and insights to understand what works and refine decisions.

Content & Creative Direction

  • Manage the content calendar; PR/Comms handles daily posting.
  • Collaborate with our in-house designer and translate marketing objectives into visual direction.
  • Shape our newsletter and audience segmentation strategy.
  • Coordinate out-of-home visibility and explore new marketing channels.

Profile

  • Experience in digital and social media marketing, preferably within nightlife, events, culture or music.
  • Strong sense of structure: you can oversee many moving parts at once.
  • Strategic, analytical and comfortable working with insights.
  • Able to grow reach, engagement and conversion with a diverse, music-driven audience.
  • Confident with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Mailchimp and basic Adobe tools.
  • Enjoys leading a small team and collaborating with creatives.
  • Affinity with electronic music and (queer) club culture.
