Key Responsibilities
This internship is designed for an aspiring event professional looking to apply their organizational and problem-solving skills to real-world event production within the music and cultural fields.
- Artist Advancing & Hospitality: Assist with the administrative advancement of booked talent, including coordinating travel logistics, hotel accommodations, artist schedules, and hospitality riders.
- Logistics & Inventory Management: Help manage venue inventory, coordinate with local suppliers, and ensure all hospitality and technical requirements are prepared ahead of club nights.
- Technical Coordination: Assist in maintaining communication channels between booking agents, incoming artists, and our internal sound, light, and stage crew.
- Administrative Production Support: Keep production overviews, advancing sheets, and internal event documents strictly up to date to ensure all departments are aligned.
Profile
- Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Event Management, Leisure Management, Creative Business, Cultural Studies, or a related discipline.
- Skills & Toolkit: Highly organized with a strong proficiency in Google Workspace / MS Office (specifically Excel/Sheets). A basic understanding of club logistics or technical riders is a plus.
- Affinities: A passion for electronic music culture, nightlife infrastructure, and community-driven events.
- Competencies: Strong problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, high stress resistance, and the ability to maintain accuracy and calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Language: Professional proficiency in English is required. Fluency or a working knowledge of Dutch is considered a significant asset for local supplier coordination.

- Video & Motion Design: Shoot, edit, and assemble high-engagement short-form video content (Reels) to document club events and artist announcements.
